Working with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Home Energy Information Accelerator, the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) has published the Home Energy Information Guide with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO).
CMLS Green MLS Section Council 'Quick Start': Guide to Green MLS Fields
The CMLS Section Council has published a Quick Start based on experiences of CMLS members and using RESO certification requirements as a foundation. The Quick Start provides a digest of suggested green MLS fields based on one of three MLS profiles: just getting started, adding best practices or approaching best in class.
