When CMLS started doing more than the annual conference, I began to see the industry impact, so I got involved and started volunteering to moderate the NAR Round tables. I was fortunate enough to be appointed as one of the first CMLS representatives to NAR’s MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board and have enjoyed serving in those positions. I now look forward to playing an even larger role with the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors and continue giving back to the industry that has given me so much.

It would be an honor to serve on the CMLS Board of Directors. As leaders in the MLS industry we need to explore all of the opportunities presented to us. Let’s promote the benefits that the CMLS membership “brings to the table” and ensure the CMLS voice is heard as critical decisions are made moving forward. Let’s work collaboratively with our industry partners and continue to foster our relationship with the leadership of the National Association of REALTORS® to “make the market work”. Gene Millman’s name is synonymous with a result driven work ethic which would be a tremendous attribute to the CMLS Board of Directors.
Gene has over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 1985 as a sale associate, on to managing branch offices for large regional real estate companies in the Delaware marketplace, such as BHHS Fox & Roach.
