Annual Conference

The Council of Multiple Listing Services hosts a conference each year in the fall.  MLS member organizations can petition the Board of Directors to become a conference host.  The conference host is responsible for determining the headquarters hotel, arranging for social activities, developing the educational program, soliciting vendors to both exhibit and sponsor and, in conjunction with the CMLS management company, marketing the conference and managing attendee registration.

The Annual Conference is designed to:

  • Provide educational and training for the MLS industry and industry partners
  • Present opportunities networking between and among multiple listing service organizations and industry providers
  • Offer a showcase for viewing the products and services available to the MLS industry

Registration Policies

  • A non-member MLS can attend one year at the member rate; subsequent years the MLS must be a member, or pay at the non-member rate.  Additional staff of the non-member MLS at member rates. 
  • In second year, non-members MLSs pay $700, $300 of which is remitted to CMLS as dues for the current year, for first attendee from the MLS, but subsequent people from the MLS pay at the member rate.
  • Non-exhibiting, CMLS Business Partner Members pay regular member registration fee.
  • Non-member exhibitors pay additional fee of $350 over and above established fee - $300 goes to CMLS as dues.
  • Non-member, potential Business Partners pay $350 over and above established fee – $300 goes to CMLS as dues.
